How to apply for sales tax exemption

If you are with an organization that has a sales tax exemption, such as a school, church, non-profit, or federal agency, we will be happy to set up an account for you in order to exempt your orders from sales tax.

There are two ways we can do this:

  1. You can place the order (with tax) after which you can email us a copy of your sales tax exemption certificate to cs@playsetparts.com and reference your order #. Once the certificate is received and verified we will refund the sales tax from the order.
  2. You can email your sales tax exemption certificate to cs@playsetparts.com first, and request a sales tax exemption account to be setup, and our team will create an account for you that will be tax exempt for all future purchases. Or if you already have an account created, we can apply the tax exemption to that account - we will just need to know the email address the account was setup with.

Please note, you must have a valid sales tax exemption for the state the items are shipping to. Also, if your certificate expires, your account will be removed from being sales tax after the expiration date.
